Xieltun Park - Risk Acknowledgment and Responsibilities
By making a reservation, purchasing a ticket, or entering Xieltun Park, you accept these terms and conditions. This English version is provided for convenience; if any discrepancy exists, the Spanish version shall prevail.
1. Important Warning
Activities inside and around our facilities may involve significant risks, including outdoor conditions, natural terrain, wildlife, weather, and physical exertion. Inmobiliaria Tres Elementos S.A.P.I. de C.V. has taken measures to communicate these risks, but they cannot be completely eliminated.
2. Risk Acknowledgment
- •Personal injury, accidents, or illness
- •Interactions with wildlife or plants that may cause allergic reactions
- •Sprains, muscle injuries, fractures, cuts, scrapes, or eye injuries
- •Exposure to dehydration, heat, oxygen shortage, or changing weather
- •Spine, head, neck, or other serious injuries
- •In extreme cases, paralysis, shock, or death
You understand that this list is not exhaustive and that unknown or unexpected risks may result in injury, illness, property loss, or death.
3. Voluntary Participation
Your participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm that you are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your judgment, and that you are physically and mentally able to participate.
4. Health and Safety Protocols
You agree to follow all safety, access, environmental, and operational instructions provided by Xieltun staff, guides, signage, or official communications.

5. Medical Authorization
In a medical emergency, you authorize any treatment considered necessary during your participation. You are responsible for medical, rescue, transport, or related costs and release the park from financial responsibility for emergency services.
6. Image and Content Rights
Photographs, video, or audiovisual material captured inside Xieltun Park or referring to the facilities may be used by Inmobiliaria Tres Elementos S.A.P.I. de C.V. for promotional, commercial, informational, or marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
7. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Inmobiliaria Tres Elementos S.A.P.I. de C.V., its employees, directors, contractors, guides, and associated persons from liability related to injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your entry, stay, or participation in park activities.
8. General Park Policies
Visitors must protect the natural environment, respect wildlife and vegetation, avoid littering, follow staff instructions, and refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct. Access may be denied or revoked when a visitor breaches these policies.
9. Changes to These Terms
Xieltun may modify these terms at any time. Updates become effective when published, and continued use of the facilities after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
